I. GENERAL PROVISIONS
All purchased products can be returned within 7 days from the date of receipt (unless specified otherwise in the product description). We accept returns and exchanges for orders that meet the following conditions:
Case 1 - Return or exchange based on the customer's subjective needs
- A clear and accurate purchase invoice is provided.
- The product and accessories have not been used.
- The original packaging, protective bags, labels, manuals, and included gifts are complete and intact.
- The main product, accessories, packaging, protective bags, labels, manuals, and included gifts must not be dirty, scratched, damaged, have unusual odors, or show signs of repairs.
Case 2 - Return or exchange due to non-subjective reasons from the customer
- The delivered goods do not match the description on the website or the agreement made between both parties (via email, SMS, Zalo, Facebook, etc.).
- The product is faulty from the manufacturer or is not functioning.
- The item is broken or damaged during shipping.
II. INSPECTION, CONFIRMATION, AND HANDLING PROCESS
As a business, we understand that customer experience is the most important guiding principle. We sincerely regret if our product did not satisfy you, necessitating a return. To ensure a smooth and swift handling process, please assist us by following these steps:
- Check the product’s condition; take photos or videos clearly showing the issue (if any).

- Carefully pack the item and return it to the address provided by us.
- Wait for our response. The maximum waiting time is 3 days from the date we receive the returned product.
III. PRODUCT EXCHANGE AND REFUND METHODS
Depending on the reason for the return and the analysis results, as well as the agreement between both parties, we offer the following product exchange and refund methods:
- Exchange for a new product of the same type.
- Exchange for a new product of a different type with equivalent value or with reasonable compensation.
- Refund via an electronic voucher to purchase other products.
- Refund through bank transfer or other e-wallets based on the customer's provided information.
- Cash refunds directly at our stores or branches.
