Currently, the website has not implemented a page for managing personal information, so accessing and modifying personal data relies on customer requests through the following methods:

  • Call 0928.080.998 for support to modify information.
  • Leave comments or send feedback directly on the website www.NPIS, and the admin will verify the information and contact the user to confirm once more before modifying the information for the user.

VI. Commitment to Securing Customer Personal Information

  • Customers have the right to request changes or deletions of their personal information.
  • Personal information on NPIS is absolutely protected according to NPIS’s personal information protection policy. Collection and use of customer information are only performed with their consent, except as required by law.
  • Customer information will only be used for the purposes listed in Section II. It will not be shared with third parties except for financing companies for installment purchases, brands for rewards, or state agencies as required.
  • We commit to using appropriate management and technical measures to protect collected and stored information; complying with standards and technical regulations for network information security. If the server storing information is attacked by hackers leading to the loss of customer personal data, NPIS will inform the authorities for investigation and promptly notify the affected customers.

  • The management team of NPIS requests that all customers, when making purchases, provide complete and accurate personal information, such as name, contact address, email, ID card number, phone number, bank account, payment card number, and take legal responsibility for this information. The management team is not responsible for and will not resolve complaints related to customer rights if the initial registration information is inaccurate.

  • Customers must promptly inform NPIS of any unauthorized, abusive, or security-violating actions for appropriate resolution.
  • Customers are not allowed to alter, modify, link, copy, distribute, provide, or create similar tools of services provided by NPIS to third parties without NPIS’s consent according to these regulations.
  • Customers should not act in ways that damage the reputation of NPIS, such as causing discord between customers or spreading information that harms NPIS’s reputation.

VIII. Responsibility in Case of Technical Errors

  • NPIS commits to ensuring the safety and stability of the entire technical system. However, in case of incidents due to errors from NPIS, we will immediately apply measures to protect the buyer's rights.
  • During transactions, customers must follow the guided procedures.
  • The management team of NPIS is committed to providing the best service quality for customers. In case of technical errors, software errors, or other objective errors that prevent customers from participating in transactions, customers should notify the management team via email at info@npis.vn or call 0928.080.998 (8:00–17:00 daily), and we will resolve the issue as soon as possible to facilitate customer participation on NPIS.
  • However, NPIS will not be responsible for resolving issues if customer notifications do not reach the management team due to technical errors, transmission errors, software errors, or other errors not caused by the management team.
